combined with components, kits, and reagents, for analytical
laboratories, commercial diagnostics laboratories, and the clinical
point-of-care setting. In September 2009, Dionex Corporation
purchased the HPLC related products, HPLC clinical assays,
and laboratory services from ESA Biosciences, Inc.
